MAX button should sell all instead of current balance

Currently when you click max, current balance is filled into the extrinsic which can change before the extrinsic is executed. This leads to the dust left in many account which is very hard to get rid of.

Instead with max the sellAll should be called instead to make sure whole balance will be cleared.
