Bug: H tokens not possible to to setup as fee payment

Issue is both on substrate wallet and also on EVM wallet

Substrate wallet:

Setting up FPA : Current FPA is erc20

Account used: 1cCx8RqeaTJohgaGtPyJq8QFfc7Gi9tLU1bynC1TC9c9hNH
Tried to setup currency: 1111 (HUSDT)
Error which im getting:

Transaction never got actually to chain.
Other atokens are working correctly (for example asset 1002)

Setting up FPA: Current FPA is non erc20 asset:

Transaction goes through
Tried when DOT or HDX were FPA and im able to setup erc20 as fpa.

Operations with erc20 aj FPA

Transactions are not going through (no polkajs link, because transaction doesn't get to chain)

EVM wallet

Account used: 0x553f022201fa7c88e6cc10d1c688b157d6fa7775
Tried to setup currency: 1111
Error which im getting:

Transaction never got actually to chain.
Other atokens are working correctly (for example asset 1002)
Routes for 1110,1111,1112,1113 and WETH(20) are NOT in router.

I tried with and without WETH and HDX on account, no change to behaviour.
Assets are setup as possible fee payment assets in runtime.

For me it works as following:

• from normal token (e.g. Hollar, HDX, USDT) to a/H-token - works fine
• from a/H-token back to normal token - works fine
• from a/H-token to a/H-token - NOK
  -- same errors as above

EVM account

The same results as above

this is gas issue.

the more positions you have, the more expensive it gets to set this asset as fee payment asset.

because the fee is already being paid in this new currency, however there is hard coded max possible gas amount that can be used.

using dispatch with extra gas does not help here either - because the fee must be paid first, and only then the extra gas can be set and used.

it is an edge case, and we wont be changing this in any way.
