better document electronics flow

For photonics flow we have some nice tutorials, how can we expand this to electronics/analog/RF?

I'd like to pip install gf180 or pip install sky130

then draw a capacitor and a resistor,

then do a SPICE simulation with ngspice and plot the RC frequency response
