[feat]: Add global terminal access to initial view #499

Feature Summary
Add access to global terminal from the initial welcome screen (when no project is selected).
Problem or Use Case
Global terminal is accessible from workspace views but not from the initial app view. Users can't access the terminal until they open a project.
Proposed Solution
Add terminal access to the initial view UI, matching the pattern used in workspace views.
