Add simple walkthrough tutorial

Create updated tutorial adopted from the original tutorial in the blog posts of geoblacklight.org with these features:

• an introductory section about which versions of Ruby, Rails to be using that references the new releases section
• remove the adding commits to Github parts of the walkthrough
• Clarify that difference between the combined command and the individual ones
