BLV file calculated in xmagpy #143

Hello,
I don't know if it's an issue, but I have noticed differences between BLV file calculated in xmagpy from this data in IAF format: https://www.irf.se/observatory/mag/intermagnet_maglinux/cd/MAG2024/KIR/
and my own calculated BLV file.
I send xmagpy version and my own version in the attachments.

I wonder how xmagpy calculates the BLV file.
