Hawkeye's ability applies itself to the location where the card was initially played, not the location where Hawkeye is currently at.

If Hawkeye or the location is moved, it's effect is triggered when a card is played at the initial location, not the one where Hawkeye is currently at. This should also make refactoring the messy Hawkeye code easier.
