Hello Andrew,

As you might know, npm package name for your bootstrap-node project is 'bootstrap'

What do you think about renaming your npm package, deleting 'bootstrap' npm record,
and informing guys from Twitter, that they can use 'bootstrap' package name for Twitter Bootstrap https://github.com/twitter/bootstrap
?
