CGGMP21 6 round presignature generation support

What happened:
CGGMP21 supports storing presignature values for the 6 round protocol, so that when the data to be signed arrives, it only needs 1 round of communication. So far it is unclear how this functionality is exposed in Alice.

So far, Alice has not support presignature generation. However, we will support it as soon as poosible.
