Keep alive in Background

Goal

Reduce the need for Launcher restart and lay the groundwork for additional background processes to run alongside the Launcher, such as SyncThing.

Implementation

Upon closing the GUI, hide it from view and enable showing it from a taskbar icon next to the current time.
