Harfbuzz version too old (1.4.2)

• I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.

Current Behavior

Caption does not start. from the terminal it says "Harfbuzz version too old (1.4.2)"

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Click in the application icon.

same problem i do have i dont want to downgrade any tool so there is no other fix for this?
