Support for Arduino NANO EVERY for SBB and Serial

I have had a look at how to support the Arduino NANO EVERY for SBB and Serial transmission of PJON. I do not know enough about the NANO EVERY to do this.

Ciao @fletchjp, I am sorry for being absent for a while and for the delayed answer.
@kuchendieb wrote the required macros for the Nano Every and I have integrated his changes.

It is now possible to compile the examples on the Nano Every.
If you have the device, could you run a test?
