I wanted to get started with sdm testing the Trixie userland as soon as possible**, so of course I built an sdm plugin that can be used with whatever your current sdm customization script is. Attached to this note is the
trixie-testplugin. Unzip and copy it to your/usr/local/sdm/local-pluginsdirectory.To use, add the plugin
trixie-testas the very first plugin that's run. On the command line, make sure that--plugin trixie-testis the first plugin listed. In a pluglist ensure that trixie-test is the very first plugin in the file.
Note: This downloads a LOT of packages. Made me very 😃that I am using apt-cacher-ng
If you're not using sdm, it's easy to get started. Install sdm on your Pi (RasPiOS, or Debian derivatives). Complete documentation
** Good thing that I did! Trixie bug found while testing sdm fixed! https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1107169
