I'm running into a similar issue now. I've imported the package but I'm still getting an error.

CodeQL migrated to a new dataflow API a while ago and the old API has been removed. Therefore, the types cannot be resolved.
Have a look at this blog post that explains how to migrate to the new API.
Alternatively, post your query as text so it's easier to migrate.
