Avatars in commit composer

### Description

For both draft commits and commits In commit composer, display the author avatar in the commit nodes in the list.

Additionally, explore displaying authors and co-authors in the commit details when a commit is selected so that users can see who the current authors are on existing commits, and who they will be after composition and before committing.
