Setup form does not work reliably

The setup form at https://givepraise.xyz/setup does not work reliably. Creating a community still takes way longer than it is supposed to and sometimes submitting the form fails completely. 

Something is wrong. Maybe something with the edge workers or the way we use Next.js?
