Re-work GDAC mapping

To Do

• check new GDAC MDF mapping tables

• check new updated conversion from celsius to kelvin

  Old: 241.15
  New: 305.15

  I think this is more realistic for "longitude=88.5", "latitude=20.3" and "date_time=2001-07-23".

• with the new data types validation mask for "ww" changed from False to True. Is this reasonable?
