Enhance CONTRIBUTING.md
Revise and expand the CONTRIBUTING.md file to make it more comprehensive and detailed for prospective contributors. The improved guide should:
- Clearly outline steps for setting up the development environment
- Provide a detailed workflow for submitting issues and pull requests
- Specify code style and formatting rules (for Go, C++, Metal, CUDA, Python, etc.)
- Include conventions for commit messages
- Give guidance for code review, testing, and CI integration (if any)
- Document any requirements for documentation or examples
- Offer contact and support information and reference community standards
- Address project-specific practices that would help contributors successfully participate
By making the guidelines more thorough, the project can encourage higher-quality contributions and reduce the barrier to entry for new contributors.
