Android does not read the horizontal axis of the right analog stick

Issue description

Android does not detect the horizontal axis of the right analog stick.
The vertical reads fine but the horizontal is always 0.
Control connected by bluetooth to the smartphone.

In windows it works correctly.

In android "horizontal_value" is always 0.
Android 7.0

Steps to reproduce

Connect a bluetooth controller to android.
Move the right analog stick and see if the two values correspond to the position of the stick.

Which controller model is it? Is the horizontal right stick recognized by other apps/games on Android?

I have tried 7 games.
4 of them are not controller compatible, they don't read the controller at all.
3 of them do allow the use of a controller but do not use the right stick.

Android has about 10,000 games? I only tried 7.

use the xbox360 drivers in windows (XInput).

Can you try an app that lets you test the gamepad specifically? E.g. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=uk.co.powgames.gamecondiag (there might be others, I just picked the one I found with the best reviews in a quick search).

Ok, apparently everything is detected correctly in this app.
Axis 3 corresponds to the horizontal axis (not detected in godot).
Axis 4 corresponds to the vertical axis, this axis is read correctly in godot.
In the screenshot you can see that axis 3 has values and is not 0.

What I don't understand are these name:

There is something wrong in the documentation or I don't understand why this is happening.
I move the stick horizontally but the value is set vertically.
I don't understand!.

You can see it in this video.
I move the right analog stick horizontally but the value is set to the Y of the vector.
Notice that I am not reading the horizontal axis, the line number 16 of code is commented out.

Tested in Android 12. Works fine.

This is hindering my project, I use android 7.

I can test it again on android 9 on a smartphone that I have available occasionally.
Maybe I'll do it tomorrow.
