Permission to control terminal

It requests permission to control terminal, and does not work without it.

• It offers to open Settings but it is not in Settings Terminal permissions, and no way to add it.
• I don't think this is the best practice. Usually it's done by obtaining Full Disk Access permission.

Same issue here. I'm in Tahoe Beta 4

Same issue here as well, just getting "Error: Command Failed with exit code:1" and I manually set my ccusage path, but I cant add terminal permissions as there is nothing in there to add. Sequoia 15.6.1
