Feature Request: Rearrange the order of your accounts

I'm using Google Authenticator to manage many different accounts, which evolve over time. At this point, I have to scroll and scan to find some of my most common accounts. I'd like the ability to rearrange the order of my accounts in GA. (Similar to google/google-authenticator#117). Seems trivial, I know, but after the 100th time, it gets frustrating. And now that even Microsoft has advised avoiding SMS-based 2FA, a lot of systems are moving to GA.
