Enabling CORS in a server you control

I built ionic app that transfer files from go pro to an app. (here is the code)
While its working fine for iOS/Android native apps I tried to run it on ionic web.

I got this error.

Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'http://10.5.5.9:8080/gopro/media/list' 
from origin 'http://localhost:8100' has been blocked 
by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' 
header is present on the requested resource.

I wonder is it possible in the future GoPro releases return Access-Control-Allow-Origin header from GoPro WiFi Access Points?
