Oscillations when changing direction

Not sure what's going in, but when doing anything other than changing up/down for a plane, it starts oscillating and doesn't stop. No messages in log file, almost looks like there is no pid controller working. They stop as soon as I click on the normal prograde setting

Its a limitation of the stock PID, which tend to struggle holding an attitude in atmospheric situations, and especially when torque providers are mainly control surfaces (for various reasons, but notably because of the issues described there : KSPModdingLibs/KSPCommunityFixes#118)

There is nothing that can be done about it from this mod, which is mainly intended for controlling rockets.
