When there is no content in a collection do not show the "No content in this collection"

Some collections in the library are "empty".
This is because they require access with pseudonym. So an empty collection is published in the library with a link to the pseudonymised content.

It can be a bit strange to see the message that the collection has no content. Maybe we should not show this when there is no content ?
