How to handle "All" value in Multi-value template variables.

Hi,

I have 2-3 dropdowns in the dashboard with many values to select from. The body of the panel requests has filters that queries the datasource based on the values selected. However I don't want to filter if "All" option is selected.
An Example:

Dropdowns:

I want the request body to look like:
"... Name1 IN (value1, value2) AND Name3 IN (value4) ...."
which does not have Name2 filter.

Is there a way to achieve this?
