Output references in wrong sequence

When I try to parse refs in pdf like this:

I found grobid's output starts from the 11th ref until the 22th, then the 1st to the 10th.

Is it a bug?

Dear @konn-submarine-bu, generally grobid follows the order, however, it's likely that this PDF in two columns is processed in the wrong order. If you try to highlight with the mouse you will notice that the second column is highlighted before:

The reading order is a complex problem without using visual clue (e.g. page image).
