Add a one-click Enable/Disable All option

Congratulations on this extension: really useful and well-structured!
I’d like to suggest an additional feature that could make it even more practical: the ability to disable all and enable all with a single click, without having to create a specific Tag that includes every extension and update it each time I add new ones.
