An image linked from within inline svg cannot be found. #306
Description
this test book uses inline svg which contains a link to an image. The html displays correctly but ebookmaker gives an error that it cannot find the image. (The file originally produced by mathjax with mathjax-img extension used href to link the image but ebookmaker didn't like this and I changed it to xlink:href which apparently does the same thing).
