can't run simpleCounter example

We bought the video from O'Reilly Media and tried to run example with steps, but we got some problem.

This was an old issue , but maybe this could be useful to other user.
I think in the last version of code you have to add a new param like this (this is different from what you found in the video lesson)

/run_params.sh localhost:9092 first old sync 500 10

Note: There is the "old" value (third param) between first and sync
