Context menu entry Firefox

Is it possible to disable the "Context menu entry" setting in NoScript by default?

Is there a way to remove the NoScript entry in Firefox via userchrome.css? 

In the NoScript Firefox extension, you can change this under Advanced, but as an administrator, it's cumbersome on many devices.
