Add permission for WebGPU

I noticed that WebGL has its own permission, and WebGPU has similar privacy implications. Are there any plans to add a permission for WebGPU specifically?

If so, hi, I'm a member of Firefox's WebGPU team, and I'm happy to do some implementation work. 😀 This sort of blocking can be implemented by setting navigator.gpu to undefined when the permission is not granted.
