[Feature Previews] Backfill feature flag name for fully shipped feature previews

When feature preview cards get moved to the fully shipped section, we want to keep the `feature_flag` parameter to the partial.

Let's backfill the existing ones that we deleted.

This is because it's nice to be able to see what the feature flag to a feature preview was without needing to dig into git history.
