Description
Describe the problem
When reviewing Pre Auth requests, if a reviewer accidentally clicks 'Reject' on a request with a minor mistake or a small correction, the entire request is cancelled. This forces the submitter to recreate and resubmit the entire Pre Auth request from scratch, which is time-consuming and frustrating for both the reviewer and the submitter, especially when the issue is just a simple error that could be easily corrected. (receipt not showing prices etc..)
Describe the feature/solution (optional)
I want to propose adding a 'Resubmit' button alongside the 'Reject' button in the Pre Auth review interface. This would allow reviewers to request changes without cancelling the request entirely.
When a reviewer clicks 'Resubmit' instead of 'Reject':
- The Pre Auth request would be sent back to the submitter with feedback
- The submitter could edit and resubmit their existing request with the necessary corrections
- All previously entered information would be preserved, avoiding the need to start over
This feature would significantly improve the user experience by:
- Save time for both reviewers and submitters
- Allowing for quick corrections of minor errors without penalizing submitter
