Description
Sometimes the more-complex tickets can get lost without an answer for days, or even weeks, until someone notices them and either
- tries to give an answer, or
- closes the ticket as stale.
It would be nice to have some way of flagging those "lost" tickets to helpers, perhaps as a section in the daily summary.
If there's a lot of "lost" tickets then it could be a challenge to show them while avoiding a massive list that nobody wants to look at.
