Update table names with Initialisms (soc tables, sdg)

Overview

We need to update the following tables

• SocMajor Create Table: soc_major #74
• SocMinor Create Table: soc_minor #75
• SocBroad Create Table: soc_broad #72
• SocDetailed Create Table: soc_detailed #73
• Sdg Create Table: sdg #70
• SdgTargetIndicator Create Table: sdg_target_indicator #71
• ProjectSdgXref Create Table: project_sdg_xref #66
  • ProjectSdgXref is being taken care of in Update Table: ProjectSDGXref #575

to conform with PEP 8

Action Items

• Update existing Django model

• In the files indicated by Resource 1.01, Change the following items in the code
