Update AI Studio Plugins in Hedera Docs

We need to update the structure of the plugins in the docs. We should create sections under the AI Agent kit for the different architectural features of the kit that devs can contribute to.

• Create a unified 'plugins' page that talks about both Hedera and Third party plugins, linking to each 'How to publish' page
• Update the 'How to publish your plugin' section for each JS and Py with info about the structure (tools & plugins) + how to contribute
• include a section on the Plugins page for third party plugins
• Create a page under JavaScript for How to Create a JS Plugin
• Create a page under Python for How to Create a Py Plugin

Update the Plugins Docs with the links to the third party plugins that can be used with Hedera Agent Kit:

• Saucer Swap Plugin by blockydevs published by SaucerSwap
• Bonzo Finance Plugin
• Memejob Plugin by Builder Labs
• CoinCap Plugin for js and for py
• Michael Kantor's Registry Broker Plugin

Also include the ElizaOS Plugin (note that this is a plugin for ElizaOS, not a plugin for HAK)

Also add in a disclaimer that these are third party plugins - we have a link to a reviewed plugin, but users should use at their own risk. These plugins may contain security vulnerabilities and may interact with outside platforms such as exchanges that pose their own risks
(TBD actual messaging, per feedback from security team)
