Scrolling does not work after deleting some object in long list in web UI (v 1.21.1, 1.21.4)

Describe the bug
In web UI, when deleting some object in long list (access methods, policies, kv secrets), the scrolling throw list is not working. Refreshing or reloading browser page is solving the problem.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login to web UI
2. Try to delete some object in long list (which need the scrolling)

Expected behavior
Scrolling throw list should be possible without reloading or refreshing browser page.

Here are details:

Environment: Vault OSS
Operating System: OS - Windows 11, Browser - Edge, Chrome.
Specific list type: I tested only for KV secrets, policies, auth method, and problem happen with all of them.
Console errors: There is no any console errors in browsers dev tool.

Approximately how many items are in the list when this occurs? - It affect on any list, which need scrolling. The right side scrolling bar appeared again only after refreshing the browser page

dosu thanks, that summary matches what I’m seeing. One extra note: after the scrollbar disappears, it’s not just hidden visually — scrolling itself is completely disabled (mouse wheel / trackpad doesn’t work either), so the list is effectively stuck until a page reload.
