이슈 추가 시 업데이트 오류

최초 접속시 이슈가 없는 레포지토리를 선택하고, 이후 이슈가 있는 레포지토리를 선택하는 경우, 이슈가 업데이트가 되지 않는 문제가 발생합니다.

아래와 같은 로그가 출력됩니다.
