I don't have CDS information

Hello, I'm a bit confused about the spade input file. I want to know which isoforms have been transformed, but my annotation results come from gffcompare, and I don't have CDS information. How should I deal with this problem? I don't plan to perform subsequent functional analysis.

Hi @fafuyyk,

It shouldn't be a problem. Spada just won't detect any protein changes caused by the switch, but switches should still be detected. Let me know if you run into any issues though.
