Support ArgoCD repository template/credentials when cloning Git repositories

Nyl can clone another Git repository for example when referencing a Helm chart from it. Currently we need to fill in the basic auth in the HTTPS URL using Nyl templating, but it would be much better if we could use ArgoCD's repository credentials for that.

We already assume Nyl has connectivity to the cluster.
