milkyway_plot not working

I tried to follow the documentation for producing face-on plots of the Milky Way galaxy, but when trying to show the plot, I receive an error stating that Latex is not found, and no plot is produced, except for a white blank plot window. The interactive bokeh portion does produce an interactive plot, but the plot itself is extremely small (is there anyway to set the default plot size when using the interactive bokeh portion of the program?).

If Latex is actually required to run this program and produce static plots, then it should be stated in the requirements.

Latex is only needed if you use the style sheet (https://milkyway-plot.readthedocs.io/en/latest/basics.html#matpotlib-style-sheet) which I have added a few words about needing Latexin the docs just now. By default, no installation of `Latex`` should be needed.

For interactive bokeh plot, do you have a code and a screenshot to demonstrate the issue?
