Update the readme for heroku-container-registry

Hi there, I'm new to docker and I'm trying to create a ruby project on Heroku using it. I'm a little bit confuse with the heroku plugin that is now **heroku-container-registry** and the dockers images that have **heroku-docker** documentation. 

For example, I cannot find the `init` command and how to launch `docker-compose`.
