Calculate CV and mean noise correlation for segment comparisons

Instead of mean segment neuron #, for each segment calculate the CV and mean noise correlation (look up Alejandro's paper in Gina's lab for this statistic).

Update the cross-animal comparison analysis to import the new data and plot.
