Windows don't get focus on desktop change

When I switch to a window on another desktop using window switcher (alt-tab), desktop-changing shortcuts or by moving mouse to an edge of the screen, the previously focused window keeps focus, though I have enabled "Refocus last window on desktop switch" option. I use click-to focus mode, and without ecomorph windows get focus properly.
