ValueSet DkCorePriorityCodes too narrow?

For the ServiceRequest profile you state that:
"Notice that the international ValueSet for priority have been reduced to contain only two values i.e. 'routine' and 'asap' because only these two concepts are of widespread use in Denmark. 'routine' is the same as the Danish 'elektiv'. 'asap' is the same as the danish 'akut'."

I expect the ServiceRequest profile also can be used for laboratory orders for a laboratory test/analysis.
But when looking at MedComs XML standard for laboratory orders, five priority codes (svarprioritet) are used, where three of them are actual priority codes: rutine, fremskyndet, straks.
Does this mean you don't think it is important to distinguish between high priority (urgent) and critical priority (asap)?

It sounds like its needed to differentiate like with the Eisenhower decision matrix:

Some things are urgent and important - and other things are not urgent but important. Is the valueset intended to cover all four aspects?

DkCorePriorityCodes has initial been set to two values, because the CareCommunication only use these two values. For ServiceRequest, and more MedCom message types to follow, it will be appropiate to use more than these two values.
Discharge Reports also have more than two values for priority (use four to support status red, yellow, green or white discharge reports)
