Completion percentage not what it should be

I love the mod! I'm just having one issue where the completion percentage won't progress past 97%. I tried a second playthrough with different settings and had the same result. I have all the items and most of the required boss battles done, according to the completion checklist I should be at 110%
I'm wondering if this is a known issue or if there's something I can do to fix it. Thank you for your time.
