📢 Announcement: Closing HouseLearning Search

Hey everyone,

We’ve decided to officially close down HouseLearning Search.
This feature was originally built to make it easier to look up content inside HouseLearning, but over time it became harder to maintain and offered limited value compared to existing solutions.

❌ Why It’s Closing

• Low usage compared to other HouseLearning features.
• Better alternatives already exist (Google, GitHub search, site navigation).

📌 What This Means

• The Search page will no longer be accessible starting 8/17/2025.
• Links to Search will be removed from the site.
• No new updates or bug fixes will be made to this feature.

✅ What’s Next

We’ll be focusing our energy on:

• Expanding HouseLearning lessons and resources.
• Improving navigation and categories so content is easier to find without Search.
• Exploring better integration with GitHub Discussions for quick lookups.
