switch to fabric-protos-go-apiv2 #53
Description
As github.com/hyperledger/fabric-protos-go has been deprecated，which uses the deprecated v1 Go protobuf APIs.
github.com/hyperledger/fabric-protos-go-apiv2 is recommend, which uses the current v2 Go protobuf APIs.
time to release a new version to eliminate conflicts with other API project, eg: fabric-gateway
