Build out the transcription GUI to let users configure their podcast publishing

Purpose of implementation request:
The transcription server needs to be refactored to set up a GUI for the users. 
Most likely we will use backbone. 

When implementing the request, please focus on these
steps/functions/components:
Reduce the need for user authentication, either let their aublog client connect 
them or let them go in through the browser. Keep the number of steps simple to 
publish new podcasts and a play widget into their blogger (ideally 0 steps, so 
they only have to visit the webservice if they need to do something 
non-default).

When implementing the request, watch out for the following potential
security/lack of access/lack of data/formatting etc hiccups:

Incorporate the transcription server into the new frontend
