A builder to encrypt all attachments in couchapp

If we want to serve experimental designs from a couchapp we should do more than obfiscation/minification to protect the stimuli etc. This issue is to add an optional process in the build and deploy couchapp proces to encrypt the contents of attachements, and decrypt the attachments when the couchapp is displayed.
